ZKU Moabit

Moabit is developing at a rapid pace, also because of the renovation of the former brewery in the Turmstrasse. Close to U-Bahnhof Birkenstrasse is a cluster of hip bars, hidden 200 metres away you can find the Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik (ZKU) in former railway buildings.

The art cluster is a collection of artist workshops, a space for exhibitions and events and a surprising nice basement for parties. That recent addition makes it a new hotspot for the younger crowds in Moabit, and it would be good to see it develop into a new springbed for deejay talent.

The building has been expanded in recent years, also for co-working spaces.
