Wilma

Some tips are almost too good to give away. The Wilma is one of them: in a location impossible to discover, with relaxed people, in a building that is about to disintegrate. In both the old and new location :)

If the Wilma would have been in Kreuzberg, it would be a hipsters paradise. Now it is a cosy and smoky pub and a meeting point for students and other locals. The mainly young audience just wants to drink cheep bear and talk with friends, basically the essence of the good life. In summer they also have a terrace, that unfortunately has to close at 10pm already because of disturbance for the neighbourhood. Don’t pass this tip on! 🙂

The old and small location in the Badstrasse in Wedding, opposite of where I used to live, was vacated around 2020. A new location was found a kilometre down the road, a former Turkish party location transformed into Wilma's style.
