Tante Käthe

There where the trees grow through the roof, they celebrate football. From the outside Tante Käthe Trainingslager, adjacent to the Mauerpark, looks like a ragged and run-down shed. Inside it’s comfortably warm and several projection screens offer an excellent view of the match of the day.

In contrast to other sports bars, this one only opens for big games. But on those occasions you do get true football passion: a shrine for Rudi Völler, a free read of footy magazine Elf Freunde (eleven friends) and during international games the raising of the flags. Cult with a twist. In the summer Tante Käthe also offers a lovely Biergarten.
