SO36

Legendary club, named after the old postal code of the area. In the over hundred years of its existence the SO36 has also been a beer hall and a cinema. In the seventies and eighties it developed into the place for punk in Berlin, and it actually still is. Unconventional and raw, a place for concerts and parties for all parts of the population. With amongst others, typical for Kreuzberg, a regular oriental gay party (Gayhane) mainly aimed at Turkish people.
