Magendoktor

To get a feeling of non-gentrified Berlin, simply head to the Magendokter (stomach doctor) pub. It is one of the many boozers where you can get a cheap beer, old-fashioned music and genuinely friendly no-nonsense waiters.

This is all of course against the backdrop of smoke, brown furniture and billiards. This place looks like it didn’t change much in the last couple of decades, and probably won’t in the next couple as well.
