Kremanski

Kottbusser Tor, the domain of the homeless, was once the site of cheap Turkish restaurants. These are increasingly being driven out by modern establishments catering to the hip young professionals and families slowly taking over Kreuzberg.

Kremanski lies hidden beneath the apartment buildings, behind the first row of shops and restaurants. The coffee here is fine and the food even better. Healthy, mostly vegan, with a good daily fresh menu and not too expensive.
