FC Magnet Bar

There are many football pubs in Berlin where the projector screens are on maximal size and sound almost every night of the week. On my first day that I really lived in Berlin, I ended up in the FC Magnet Bar thanks to a tip from a friend.

It’s located at a stone’s throw from Rosenthaler Platz, so pretty much in the city centre, on the side of the beautiful Volkspark am Weinbergsweg. The cosy pub has not been discovered by tourists, but is nonetheless completely overcrowded during big games, so come in early.
