Columbia Theater

The cozy building once started as a cinema for the American soldiers stationed in nearby Tempelhof airport. That history makes for excellent sightlines and an intimate atmosphere in what already isn’t a very big venue.

The sweat comes down pretty quickly from the ceiling in the Columbia Theater (formerly C-Club and Fritz Club). It is the smaller brother of the adjacent Columbiahalle, all very close to the former Tempelhof airport. The Columbia Theater features concerts, club nights and a nice biergarten, which leads to a massive surge of people two minutes before showtime.
